The team at Starwood are AMAZING!!! I had my SxS at another dealership in dfw for warranty work for almost 4 months with nothing completed. I was being told that there was NO eta for parts. Starwood was able to get the parts and install in less than a week from me leaving it with them. They were very communicative on the status of my SxS for completion. Did an alignment with them too. They earned all my business going forward.

I went online and negotiated a price quote for a 2023 Mule Pro MX EPS LE. When I arrived they had an identical unit that the decal stickers were damaged on. They cut the price and ordered new stickers and promised to call when they come in and will replace them. Im happy with the deal and look forward to the service they promised. I will let you know when its done.

Great bunch of down to earth folks up there at Starwood. Zack was a great help in finding the best fit for my sons first quad. He is young but motivated to sell so I know he will go far. Thanks to Jon for doing the paperwork. Also Id like to thank the gentleman who gave my son (6 years old) some tips safety advice on his new quad. I didnt catch his name but he made sure my boy knew the throttle, brakes, start, stop, etc. Bike runs great and we will definitely be a repeat customer!
